By using this tool, you confirm that you are a private individual intending to trade cards to Curiosity Games LLC — not a representative of another store or buyer. This tool is not meant for resale, bulk assessment, or commercial use.

Our estimator uses market data updated daily to provide ballpark trade-in values. Final offers are made in-store after reviewing condition, edition, and authenticity. Minor price differences may occur, especially with high-volatility cards.

Trade-In Rate Guide (Daily Updated, Subject to Change):

$10+ Cards: 50% trade / 60% member / 81% with boost / 40% cash

$3–$9.99 Cards: 25% base / 30% member (40.5% with boost) / 20% cash

$0.50–$2.99 Cards: 10% base / 12% member (16.2% with boost) / 8% cash

Premium Trade System

Some cards in our system now offer even higher trade-in values through our ⭐ Premium Trade program. These cards will be marked with either:

⭐ Premium Trade Inside – appears on the set entry when one or more conditions (e.g., foil / non-foil) offer a premium.
⭐ Premium Trade – appears next to the specific card condition that qualifies for the boost.

For cards over $10, this can bring your trade-in value as high as 97.2% when using store credit, as a member, and applying your monthly trade boost. For example, a card with a market value of $71.91 may receive $69.75 in credit. Even without a trade boost or membership, these cards offer boosted value compared to our standard rates.

For cards under $10, the Premium Trade bonus is still applied, but at a reduced rate, scaling with the card's base value.

Premium Trade Boost: +20% applied to base value before calculating member and boost rates.

*Premium trade values are subject to availability and change daily. We reserve the right to add or remove cards from the program at any time. No trade-in is guaranteed until accepted in-store. This program may end without notice.

Under $0.50: Typically not accepted, may be donated or included in bulk.

We gladly accept cards under $10, though our trade-in rates reflect the added time, fees, and resources required to process them. It’s part of our commitment to serve the community while keeping trade-ins fair and sustainable.

New Releases: We typically do not accept cards from sets released within the past 7 days. If we do accept them as a courtesy, the trade-in value will likely be reduced by 50% or more. This is due to rapid market fluctuations and incomplete pricing data at launch. For the best experience and value, we strongly recommend waiting at least a week before trading in newly released cards.
